Eli Rosenberg is a dual-qualified Israeli probate lawyer, Israeli inheritance lawyer, and Solicitor of England and Wales with over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. He is a member of both the Israeli Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales, and a licensed Israeli Notary Public authorised by the Israeli Ministry of Justice.

He is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), the specialist body for lawyers practising in contested probate and trust disputes. He is also a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, known as STEP, the international professional body for lawyers and advisers specialising in wills, probate, trusts and inheritance. Full members are entitled to use the letters TEP after their name, standing for Trust and Estate Practitioner. STEP admitted Eli through its Expertise Route, which is reserved for senior practitioners with at least ten years’ experience in inheritance and succession and whose standing in the field is vouched for by other members of the profession.
