International Israeli Law Firm
Rosenberg Law is an Israeli law firm established in 1975, serving international clients across Israeli Probate law, Israeli Succession law, Israeli Wills, Civil Litigation, Proof of Israeli law, and Israeli Property law.
Three generations of the Rosenberg family have led the practice. Our Managing partner is Israeli Advocate and Notary, Solicitor of England and Wales, TEP and C.T.A.P.S. — a combination that enables integrated advice across both legal systems without engaging separate lawyers in each jurisdiction.
We operate from permanent offices in Hampstead, London and HaMasger, Tel Aviv. UK and international clients receive full legal representation in Israel without the need to travel. All communications are in English.
The firm receives instructions from major law firms worldwide, including Magic Circle firms, on matters requiring authoritative knowledge of Israeli law .
Our fees are proportionate to the complexity of the matter and agreed individually with each client. We welcome enquiries on any Israeli legal matter and invite you to contact us for a preliminary consultation.

Israeli Probate Law
Rosenberg Law has obtained probate orders and succession orders in Israel for over fifty years. We act for executors, administrators, law firms, and beneficiaries based in the United Kingdom and worldwide, managing the complete probate process in Israel without requiring clients to travel. Where the deceased left no will, we apply for a succession order under the Israeli Succession Law and, where necessary, provide the Registrar with expert evidence of English law under Section 137. Our Managing Partner is dual-qualified as an Israeli Advocate and a Solicitor of England and Wales — a combination that resolves cross-border probate without the need to instruct separate lawyers in each jurisdiction. Three generations of the Rosenberg family have practised Israeli probate law since the firm’s founding in 1975.
Civil Litigation
Our Israeli lawyers appear regularly before the Israeli High Court, Family Court, Magistrates’ Court, and Rabbinical Courts on behalf of UK and international clients. Our litigation practice in Israel covers urgent interim relief, freezing orders, writs of attachment, and mandatory injunctions — as well as enforcement of English judgments in Israel, asset tracing, and contested estate matters. We receive instructions from major law firms worldwide, including Magic Circle firms. Our dual-qualified Managing Partner coordinates directly between English instructing solicitors and Israeli court proceedings. All court appearances and Hebrew filings are handled by the firm’s Israeli lawyers, and in most cases, clients are not required to attend hearings in Israel. We take over stalled matters and apply for dispute resolution in Israel at all stages of proceedings, including pre-action.
Israeli Wills
We draft Israeli wills for clients in the United Kingdom and internationally, coordinating each instrument with any parallel English or foreign will to prevent conflicts, unintended revocations, and cross-border tax exposure. Our dual-qualified Managing Partner reviews Israeli and English instruments together, ensuring alignment and full compliance while minimising the risk of a will being declared void under either system. We advise on new wills, existing wills, codicils, and on when changed circumstances require updating or replacing an earlier will. Instructions may be given remotely or in person; in certain circumstances, execution of the will may also be completed remotely. Where a will is disputed, our lawyers represent clients in contesting a will in Israel before the Family Court, including cases of incapacity, undue influence, and procedural defects. We have successfully challenged wills drafted by other lawyers, notaries, and solicitors.
Israeli Property Law
We advise UK and international clients on the full range of Israeli property law matters — acquisition, sale, title registration at the land registry in Israel, co-ownership arrangements, and property tax in Israel. Our lawyers have particular experience in transferring title following the conclusion of Israeli probate and succession proceedings, coordinating registration at the Land Registry with the estate administration to ensure inherited property reaches the beneficiaries effectively. We also resolve defective titles, complete stalled conveyancing matters, and pursue developers for defects in newly built property, TAMA 38 and Pinui Binuyi. Our network includes surveyors, architects, engineers, and estate agents in Israel. All instructions are managed from our London and Tel Aviv offices; clients are not required to travel.
